Description
It was bought from Boeing by Alaska Airlines as a combination called Mud Hen, an aircraft that transports cargo and passengers. This aircraft served the communities within the State of Alaska as well as starting up international services between the United States and Russia in the early 1920s. In 2007 this Mud Hen retired from Alaska Airlines and was donated to the Alaska Aviation Museum at the Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport.
