Description

These versatile aircrafts were used in Alaska by air carriers such as Christensen's Flying Services, Ellis Airlines, and Petersburg Air Service along with individual pilots in 1935. However, this aircraft was flown to Alaska in 1939 to start up Dillingham Air Service until it was sold to Bud Branham who ran a lodge in the Alaska Range. In 1995 the Rasmussons purchased this aircraft and donated it to the Alaska Aviation Museum. This Waco took over 2 years to be restored to its beautiful condition.
