History
Went to service for the Alaska Railroad in 1956 transporting passengers overnight between Fairbanks and Anchorage until sleepers became unnecessary in the 1960's. Federal Surplus purchased 92 in 1980 before being on display in Palmer and then finally at the Museum of Alaska Transportation.
