History

Served on the Alaska Railroad after being purchased by the factory in Ohio hauling freight from Seward to Fairbanks. When it retired in the 2000's, it was put on display with Rotary 3, Crew Carrier, and tank car as a whistle-stop memorial. Alaska Railroad is the last railroad to offer passenger service along the tracks even though the pick up and drop off destination is not at a passenger terminal.
