White Pass & Yukon Route #73
A new locomotive out of Pennsylvania, #73 went straight to work for the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad transporting freight and cargo between Canada and the United States. It was retired in 1964 and was taken up to Canada for static display. The restoration was completed in 1982 for excursions on the White Pass & Yukon Route Railroad's mainline as the last narrow gauge steam locomotive built by Baldwin Locomotive Works in Pennsylvania.
